POLICE Reports

If you have not done so, read my story.

Below are the police reports & charging instrument for the incident in question.  

I invite EVERYONE to pull down the reports, open them up, and then conduct a forensic investigation to determine (for yourself) who is lying, and who is telling the truth (me or them).  I can tell you under oath, and as supported by the polygraph test (which I passed with flying colors) and ALL the reports, that I did not do what they accused me of, and the errors and contradictions in their reports prove they are in fact liars.  If FACTS mean anything in terms of establishing credibility, then Haas & Fiebich should not be trusted to trim trees!

When you examine the details of the reports, you will notice many things that make no sense at all.  PAY ATTENTION TO THE DETAILS.  Look at the dates, and the observations they made, also the locations.  Haas & Fiebich say I was near Sand Island in Oregon, yet Haas admits he told me he went to Pixie park, located my truck, then looked across the river and saw me on the sand bar (in WA) right where Sgt. Bartolomucci and Cowlitz County report my position.

The lies, distortions and creative narratives by these officers is insane.  Sadly, it's part and parcel of what is occurring in America today (corruption & abuse).  If you know anything about Sgt. Haas, you know he has a reputation from St. Helens PD for provoking people and for being aggressive.

Pay attention to the Cowlitz County and Columbia CITY reports.  Then ask yourself, why would Columbia County tell Cowlitz County there is NO CRIMES, but then file charges a year and a half later almost to the day I asked for my property back?  I think Detective Peabody instigated this, I'm told this is his standard modis-operandi.

I will tell you this, I was sleeping on the beach (in WA), minding my own business, when Haas and Fiebich woke me up, my firearm was already in their possession-- they took it from the end of my kayak as I was sleeping, it was in plain sight-- and then they started harassing me, laughing at me, and trying to provoke me to anger by calling me names, making fun of me, and harassing me.  My blood sugar was tanked, I was sick and depressed, and nothing they did was helpful, I was sick, and scared, which is why I jumped in my kayak and left.  The sunglasses I threw in the river were mine, and guess what, I went back almost two weeks later and found them 30 yards down stream in 3 feet of water (I have witnesses to this fact).  Two people have told me the radio/scanner reports from that day (September 9th 2020) mentioned a deputy that lost his glasses as he almost fell into the water while boarding the boat at the dock to conduct a welfare check.  Gee, I wonder who that could be!

I could go on, but then it would spoil the $200 dollar challenge for you.  I will tell you this, if you read the Cowltiz Report, you will see where Columbia County reports that I have committed NOCRIMES.

In order to promote awareness of corruption in Columbia County (to remove the rot), and to stick it to these ass-hats and hopefully get them fired for filing false police reports, I'm inviting everyone to download the reports and to put on their detective hats and to compare/contrast the reports for errors, and send me the list.  The person that comes closet to matching my list gets $200.
